There are three parts to delivering a successful project or campaign:

1. Goal-setting and strategy

2. Implementation

3. Feedback and analysis

Each of these phases are of vital importance and require a different mix of skills.

I have drawn on my meticulous organization, communication, industry knowledge, and creativity to both conceptualize and carry out marketing campaigns and projects with publishers worldwide. From small-scale campaigns with digital creators and asset creation to event management and author care, I have demonstrated my solid reliability and ability to problem-solve as a project manager and marketer.

Goal-setting and Strategy

First, I define the objectives for the campaign or project. This is an essential step to understanding the desired outcome so I can decide what strategies and tactics are best-suited to achieving the end goal.

I take into account both the USPs of the product as well as the wider industry context and beyond.

Implementation

Here, I take the goals and strategy and break down the steps required in order to achieve their success. All steps have deadlines and fine details which are carried out with timeliness and effective communication.

Feedback and analysis

I am committed to collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback during and after the conclusion of campaigns and projects. It is essential to analyze the statistics and feedback from those involved on every level in order to judge what aspects of a campaign could be improved on, and what aspects should be repeated or further explored. Constructive criticism, though not always comfortable, is necessary to grow and learn, and never diminishes the effort put into the project.
