I have always enjoyed working with creators to deepen and polish their work.  This process fuses my artistic need to create with my instincts for analysis and attention to detail. Essentially, I am a blend of the artistic right-brain and the logical left-brain, who is passionate about connecting with others and telling stories through all mediums.

I first began editing creative writing when I was 14, when my love of reading led to my discovery of fanfiction.  While I only dipped my toe into writing my own stories, I was an active editor, becoming certified as a "Beta Reader" on various websites and specialising in 'canon', continuity, and grammar. Through the world of fanfiction, I was also introduced to video editing by a close friend who generated fan videos, and began to experiment with video and audio editing.

Later, my career as an actor in New York City necessitated an excessive amount audio, video, and print editing to promote myself, and my circle of actors and musicians. Such services often included the creation of karaoke tracks, splicing together video reels, and reconfiguring CVs/resumes.

When I decided to get a Master's degree in publishing, my experience in editing, graphic design, and other multimedia opened up opportunities within marketing and content creation. After being awarded a first class honours degree, I began freelancing with Tandem Collective, a digital marketing agency where I project managed book marketing campaigns in conjunction with social media creators, and relaunched the company's YouTube channel. At the same time, I have produced audiobooks with industry leader Strathmore Studios for Simon & Schuster and Nosy Crow, and been employed by Master's and PhD students to assist them with application essays and academic writing.
